Business Analyst - Festival Reporting Experience
Accountabilities: As a Business Analyst focused on reporting and data solutions, you will bridge business requirements with technical execution by designing data structures, reporting processes, and AI-enabled workflows. You will analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and create solutions that improve operational visibility.
Analyze incoming datasets and determine effective ways to categorize, structure, and organize information for reporting purposes.
Build and optimize data pipelines using LLM-powered tools and AI-assisted development approaches.
Design and contribute to semantic layer development, ensuring data is accurately modeled and easily accessible for analysis.
Use AI tools such as Claude and other LLM-based platforms to accelerate development and improve data workflows.
Support the creation of reporting frameworks and dashboards that translate complex information into actionable insights.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement within reporting systems.
Apply analytical thinking to improve data quality, accessibility, and usability.
Work with ticketing and live event datasets to support reporting needs when applicable.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working with data, reporting, and AI-enabled development tools. You should be comfortable working with evolving requirements and building practical solutions from complex information sources.
Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role focused on data-driven solutions.
Strong experience with data discovery, categorization, and structuring complex datasets.
Hands-on experience using LLM tools for development, automation, or data workflow creation.
Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as Claude, Genie Builder, or similar platforms.
Experience designing or contributing to data pipelines and semantic layer development.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and reporting structures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
Ability to analyze ambiguous requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Experience working with ticketing systems, event data, or live event reporting is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing priorities effectively.
