Analista de QA Pleno

Accountabilities: The Analista de QA Pleno will be responsible for designing, executing, and improving software quality processes, ensuring applications meet technical and business expectations. The role requires strong automation skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with multidisciplinary agile teams. Main responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining frontend automated tests for mobile applications using Appium and Java.

Creating and executing backend API automation tests using Karate.

Performing non-functional testing, including performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or K6.

Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery reliability and efficiency.

Mapping test scenarios, identifying risks, reporting defects, and supporting continuous improvements.

Working closely with agile teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Applying BDD practices to improve communication between technical and business teams.

Executing tests in device farm environments to validate application performance across different devices.

Supporting quality standards and contributing to the evolution of testing practices.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a QA professional with solid experience in software quality assurance and automation. The role requires technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively within agile development environments. Required qualifications and skills include:

Proven experience working as a Mid-Level QA Analyst or similar quality-focused role.

Strong practical knowledge of Java, Appium, and Karate, including the ability to write automated tests.

Experience with non-functional testing tools such as JMeter or K6.

Experience using Git and CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar solutions.

Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.

Experience performing tests in device farm environments.

Ability to analyze scenarios, identify issues, and communicate findings clearly.

Strong collaboration skills and experience working with agile methodologies.
