Freight bookings (sea/air) and courier service bookings Lorry/crane scheduling as needed Coordinate shipping documentation - Create Airwaybill, Accounts to prepare Commercial/Proforma Invoice, Store to prepare Packing List. Liaise with freight forwarders to obtain shipping quotes and confirm schedules for shipments Liaise with clients to schedule shipments, deliveries or pickups Forklift Maintenance, Order packaging supplies as needed Issue PR/PO for freight invoices Track shipments & ensure timely delivery
