Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing
• Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration
• Lead price negotiations for trade contractors
• Establish procurement strategies and execute all necessary procurement
• Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements
• Preparation of budgets and keep track of project expenditures
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim
• Process claims and contractual payment
• Negotiate and award sub-contracts
• Prepare and manage Variation Orders with Clients and sub-contractors
• Attend project meetings and tender interviews

Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate in Chinese and English and local dialects with all parties involved in construction.
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related field of study.
• Minimum 3 years of experience for Quantity Surveyor
• Proactive, meticulous and conscientious
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel)
