Receptionist | Wellness | Temp to Perm

These environments are centred around client wellbeing and service excellence, requiring individuals who can create a welcoming, professional and seamless experience from the moment a client arrives. Alongside managing reception and appointments, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and ensuring every client receives an exceptional level of care and attention. This would suit someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, enjoys building rapport, and takes genuine pride in delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• Delivering a warm, professional and welcoming front-of-house experience.
• Managing appointments, bookings and diary schedules.
• Handling telephone, email and in-person enquiries.
• Supporting the day-to-day administration and operation of the practice.
• Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems.
• Processing payments and assisting with client documentation where required.
• Ensuring reception and client-facing areas are presented to the highest standard at all times.
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to create a seamless client experience.

We Would Love to Hear From You If You Have:

• Previous Reception, Front of House, Hospitality or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, approachable and service-led manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• A proactive mindset and positive attitude.
• An interest in health, wellness, health, and client-focused environments would be advantageous.

Typical Opportunity Details:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Fully office-based.
• Temp-to-perm opportunities.
• Hourly rates in the region of £14-£15 per hour
