Sr. Process Engineer (Automation AOI Machine)

• Research and evaluate emerging machine vision software and hardware technologies.
• Develop and deliver complete AOI and machine vision solutions,

including both software and hardware integration.

• Perform feasibility studies for AOI and machine vision applications

to determine technical capability, performance, and implementation requirements.

• Create system drawings, technical documentation, and concept

designs for AOI and machine vision solutions.

• Conduct machine setup, parameter optimization, and process a

adjustments; ensure proper machine communication and connectivity.

• Manage spare parts, calibration activities, and equipment repairs

to support H-line and Clean Line machine operations.

• Train new engineers and technicians to enhance their technical

skills and strengthen on‑site problem‑solving capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to execute i

improvement projects and drive production efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor or higher in any engineering filed or relates. Ability to write and assemble technical reports. Knowledge of Microsoft office, electronic system, test bench setup skills Statistical analysis skills (SPC, Six sigma, Lean manufacturing) Visual Basic, C#, PLC, Visio.
