PROJECT MANAGER

Highlights

Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management or PMO functions, contributing to or leading initiatives involving business requirements definition and the development or co-authoring of key project artifacts such as project charters, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), project plans, and status reports. Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, project documentation, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities. Training in Project Management or Business Analysis is required. Good working knowledge of BPO best practices related to continuous improvement, analytics, and/or operational excellence. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and gain cooperation across different functional and organizational units. Strong business acumen, service orientation, and organizational skills. Excellent reporting, analysis, presentation, time management, and planning skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within established timelines. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to develop and support both short-term and long-term business solutions. Demonstrates integrity, reliability, professionalism, maturity, and adaptability, particularly in uncertain or fast-paced situations. Open to work on certain schedule Mid-shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (subject to change upon business needs) Hybrid Work set-up RBC site (2x a week), but subject to adjustment (executive visits – mostly this will be on a full onsite set-up)
