Account manager of Carrier Sales
“Huawei Technologies Armenia” LLC is looking for a suitable candidate for the ‘Account Manager of Carrier Sales’ position – who bridges Huawei telecom solutions with major telecommunication operators in Armenia . This involves selling advanced software, network infrastructure, and service solutions while managing technical engagements and closing commercial bids.
Key customer relationship development: Develop and maintain key customer relationships with decision makers/decision support personnel.
Customer requirement management: Understand and guide customer requirements, and promote the implementation of customer requirements.
Project operation management: Serve as the project director (PD), lead the operation of sales projects, including project negotiation, contract quality improvement, and full-process management.
Transaction process management: Manage the entire transaction process of a project to ensure the efficiency of contract signing and execution.
Strategic collaboration: Communicate the company's business and strategies, coordinate resources to meet customer requirements, promote the resolution of major issues, and improve customer .
Bachelor Degree or above, (Telecommunication/Engineering or other related technical fields)
Work experience at least 5 years in ICT industry, telecommunication sales, network infrastructure or other tech industry experience, (work experience related to telecom operators or vendors is preferable)
Strong analytical capabilities, presentation skills, and the ability to quickly master advanced hardware or software architectures.
Customer Satisfaction and Value Management and negotiation with C-level Operator Clients
Fluency in English and Russian.
