Construction Manager

Job Description Manage daily construction activities, site teams and subcontractors. Oversee earthwork, roadwork, drainage and other civil works. Plan manpower, materials, equipment and site resources. Monitor project progress, quality, safety and productivity. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors. Identify and resolve site issues to keep works on schedule. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and safety requirements. Prepare site progress reports and coordinate project documentation. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction. Strong experience in earthwork, roadwork and site operations. Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills. Able to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively. Good understanding of construction safety and quality requirements. Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
