Warehouse Assistant | Up to $2,300 + Forklift Allowance | Mon–Fri | 5-Day Work Week

💰Salary: $2,000 – $2,300/month

🕒Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 5-day work week

About the Role

We are looking for are liable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support the daily warehouse operations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience in warehouse or logistics operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer order sheets.
• Receive, scan, and put away incoming goods.
• Check the quality and quantity of goods during receiving and dispatch.
• Perform goods receiving (GR) and goods issuing (GI) transactions using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP.
• Carry out cycle counts and stock-taking activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Liaise with internal customer service teams and external suppliers or service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with workplace safety procedures.
• Support other warehouse-related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Good attendance record, punctuality, and a positive working attitude.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
• Candidates with a logistics-related educational background are welcome to apply.
• Experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or SAP will be an advantage.
• Valid forklift licence is an advantage and eligible for an additional monthly allowance.
