Senior Quantity Surveyor | Corporate Projects | Tai Seng | Up to $6,000

📍 Location: Tai Seng (HQ-Based)

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: Up to $6,000/month (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates
• Develop procurement strategies and evaluate subcontractor quotations
• Conduct site measurements and verify progress valuations
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports
• Manage variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Quantity Surveyors
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience managing QS activities from pre-tender through to final account is preferred
• Knowledge of commercial and/or office fit-out projects is an advantage
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently
