Grant Manager

Responsibilities:

Research and identify grant opportunities from donors, foundations, NGOs, governments, and corporate partners. Develop grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications. Manage grant processes, deadlines, documentation, and submissions. Support donor reporting, compliance, and impact reporting. Maintain relationships with funding partners and support fundraising strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 3+ years’ experience in grant writing, fundraising, proposal development, research, or related roles. Strong writing, research, storytelling, and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience in education, nonprofit, social impact, or startup environments is an advantage.
