Production Supervisor（rayong）

1. 负责钣金车间生产计划、人员及现场管理。

Manage production planning, manpower, and workshop operations.

1. 负责生产进度及产品质量，确保按时完成生产任务。

Monitor production progress and quality to ensure on-time delivery.

1. 负责设备、工艺及生产现场管理，及时解决生产异常。

Manage equipment, processes, and production issues.

1. 负责员工培训、安全生产及5S管理。

Manage employee training, workplace safety, and 5S.

1. 协调生产、品质、工程等部门，持续提升生产效率。

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve efficiency.

Qualifications: College diploma or above Able to work 6 days per week Can communicate in English/Chinese Experience in the home appliance industry is required; experience with manufacturing systems is a plus Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
