HSE Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and lead toolbox talks and pre-work area inspections. Oversee HSE Activities and ensure compliance at shop floor. Ensure compliance with laid out Safety Procedures Respond to HSE Incidents and Emergencies and prepare the Preliminary Incident Reports Document Safety Violations, incidents and near misses. Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials. Conduct equipment inspections. Monitor the state of open actions and follow up with owners. Promote initiatives to enhance the HSE Culture among all personnel Implement feedback mechanisms to increase employee engagement in HSE Implement real-time risk assessment tools during shifts.

Experience Required and Qualification:

Minimum 02 – 03 years in Manufacturing Environment as HSE Personnel HND in Environmental Science. Certification in Occupational health and safety Certification in First Aid Administration

Other Information:

Age Limit: 25 – 30 years maximum Medical Facility Provided: Medical treatment covered at Company First Aid Clinic / Company Designated Hospitals, as per the prevailing company policy in place. Food Allowance - as per the prevailing company policy in place.

Location:  Factory Site – Tsopoli.

Salary : Maximum GHS – 3,000 Gross.
