Booking KOL/KOC Specialist (Affiliate)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source, connect, and build relationships with KOLs, KOCs, and MCNs for TikTok Affiliate programs.
- Maintain and develop a network of creators to support affiliate campaign growth.
- Monitor video performance, sales, GMV, and other key affiliate metrics.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute branding and sales-driven campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with creators and provide support throughout the collaboration process.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, viral content formats, and creator activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Support other affiliate-related tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or e-commerce
- Experience working with KOLs/KOCs or an existing network in the FMCG industry is a plus.
- Basic understanding of TikTok, TikTok Shop, and the creator ecosystem is preferred.
- Strong interest in social media and the ability to stay updated with TikTok trends.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
