Business Development Manager

Report to: General Director

Job Purpose:

• Lead and manage business development, investment, M&A, and project development activities to support the company's growth strategy.
• Drive financial structuring, partner negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to secure successful deal execution and project financing.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA Level I, II, III or equivalent are an advantage.
