ACCOUNT SERVICING EXECUTIVE

Company Background   Guangdong was established in 1987 and mainly deals with dried fruits, agricultural products, grain products, sauces, moon cake fillings and a wide variety of food products. We are a professional and experienced wholesaler and food supplier, supplying quality food to local retail shops and to the F&B industry.   Core Responsibilities:   Serve as the primary point of contact for all existing customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships. 

Handle and process all enquiries, orders, requests, and feedback from existing customers in a professional and timely manner. 

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment, delivery, and service support. 

Resolve customer complaints, service issues, and product quality concerns promptly and professionally. 

Identify opportunities for account growth by analysing and understanding customer business needs and purchasing trends 

Work closely with customers to identify factors contributing to any drop in business performance and recommend solutions/develop appropriate follow-up actions 

Maintain accurate customer records and account information in system. 

Job Requirements:   Good communication and interpersonal skills  

Basic computer knowledge  

Proficiency in mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates   

Prior working experience in food supplies industry is an advantage.  

Additional Info:     Office located at Jurong (Toh Guan)  

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, Alternate Saturdays 8am – 2pm
