Manage manpower planning, recruitment, talent management, and succession planning.

Partner with Plant/Operations teams on productivity, discipline, and employee relations.

Drive performance management, KPI culture, engagement, and retention.

Lead L&D, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives.

Manage compensation, benefits, HR budgeting, and workforce costs.

Ensure labor-law, statutory, and HR compliance.

Drive HR analytics, digitalization, and continuous improvement.

Build a high-performance, employee-focused culture.

Qualification & Experience MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

20+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Strong leadership, employee relations, business partnering, and people-management skills.
