Purchasing Manager (Procurement)

1. Improve production efficiency and productivity, and provide technical support to ensure stable and efficient operations.
2. Prepare, control, and maintain technical drawings (DWG) according to requirements from customers and related departments.
3. Design, develop, and improve production tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment to support production processes.
4. Coordinate technical requirements and specifications with Sales, Engineering, QA/QC, Production, Logistics, and Suppliers.
5. Prepare and coordinate RFQ activities, including reviewing customer requirements, drawings, specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
6. Review and analyze supplier quotations, including cost comparison, technical and commercial conditions, and delivery schedules.
7. Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding drawings, specifications, technical requirements, and engineering changes.
8. Support new model launches by coordinating and monitoring APQP activities, project schedules, and APQP status reports.
9. Coordinate the PPAP process, including follow-up and submission of required documents and samples to customers.
10. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure APQP, PPAP, quality, cost, delivery, and technical requirements are achieved within project schedules.
11. Troubleshoot technical and production issues and conduct root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, and other problem-solving tools.
12. Support ECR/ECN and ensure drawings, specifications, processes, and related documents are properly updated and controlled.
13. Conduct quotation comparison, cost analysis, cost reduction, and support supplier evaluation and selection based on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Technical requirements.
14. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution.
15. Prepare project status reports, technical documents, and presentations for management, customers, and related departments.

Qualifications: Male or Female 37-year-old up Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in the Industrial or related field Proficient in Auto CAD, SolidWorks, MS Project ( Both creation and interpretation ) Knowledge of reading and analyzing DWG files, and is able to create drawings. Strong knowledge of automotive quality systems: IATF 16949, APQP/PPAP, FMEA Excellent English skill. Have knowleadge and understanding of similar and special material and can calculate assembly cost. Have an Excellent Leadership skills, Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills. And able to works well under pressure, accurately and quickly.
