Aufgaben

Responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing the production plan to ensure the efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to meet customer demand and delivery timelines

-Plan and manage production and raw material usage to achieve assigned targets. -Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with customer orders and production capacity. -Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production departments to plan and control raw material usage. -Monitor and adjust production plans based on actual situations, such as raw material shortages, machine breakdowns, or urgent orders. -Control and optimize production planning to ensure efficiency and achievement of production targets. -Analyze and align production and raw material procurement plans with sales forecasts. -Review and continuously improve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production planning processes. -Coordinate with relevant departments, including Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Sales, to support effective production planning. -Analyze production issues and develop improvements to production planning processes and systems.

• ดำเนินการวางแผนการผลิต/วางแผนใช้วัตถุดิบให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด

-วางแผนการผลิตรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน ให้สอดคล้องกับคำสั่งซื้อและกำลังการผลิต -ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ คลังสินค้า และฝ่ายผลิต เพื่อวางแผนและควบคุมวัตถุดิบ -ตรวจสอบและปรับแผนการผลิตตามสถานการณ์ เช่น วัตถุดิบขาด, เครื่องจักรเสีย, เร่งออเดอร์

• ควบคุมวางแผนการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
• วิเคราะห์และวางแผนการผลิตและแผนการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการขาย
• ทบทวนและปรับปรุงการวางแผนการผลิตประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/ประจำเดือน/และประจำปี
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ/ฝ่ายผลิต/ฝ่ายคลังสินค้าและฝ่ายขายเพื่อวางแผนการผลิต
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและพัฒนาระบบงานส่วนงานวางแผนการผลิต

ตรวจสอบยอดสินค้าคงคลังวัตถุดิบ และสินค้าสำเร็จรูป เพื่อป้องกันการขาดสต๊อกหรือ Overproduction

• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Anforderungen

1. อายุระหว่าง 25 – 32 ปี
2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรม, โลจิสติกส์, การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอาหารและมีประสบการณ์ด้านสายอาหาร B2B จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบในการทำงาน สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
5. มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การวางแผน และการประสานงาน
6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
7. ชำนาญโปรแกรม Excel ต้องอยู่ในระดับดีมาก
