SMT Technician (SPI/AOI Technician)

1. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot SMT production machines (e.g. Printer, Mounter, Reflow Oven)
2. Monitor and resolve issues occurring in the production process
3. Set up machines according to program and product specifications

4.Support the production line to ensure quality meets company standards 5.Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

1. 5S.

Experience in SMT production line, SPI/AOI operation, defect judgement, machine program adjustment, false call reduction, NG escape prevention, and basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications: Male / Female Age 22-35 years. Vocational Certificate or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related fields Minimum 1–3 years of experience in SMT line work Good understanding of SMT machinery and basic troubleshooting Able to work in shifts and under pressure Immediate availability is an advantage Knowledge of operating SMT machines from YAMAHA , Panasonic , AOI, AI, Mounter and other. Operate SPI/AOI machines according to production plan and work instructions. Check and judge PCB defects detected by SPI/AOI machines, such as solder insufficient, solder bridge, component missing, shift, polarity, wrong part, tombstone, and lifted lead. Support SPI/AOI program setup and basic parameter adjustment under engineer supervision. Monitor false call rate and report abnormal issues to engineer or supervisor. Record inspection results, defect data, and daily production reports. Coordinate with SMT production, QC, and maintenance teams to solve line problems. Support first-piece inspection, model change, and trial run activities. Maintain 5S, machine cleanliness, and follow company safety rules.
