Creator Acquisition Specialist

• Actively source potential Live Streaming Hosts through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, communities, talent networks, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct direct outreach and initiate conversations with potential talents.
• Identify individuals with strong communication skills, confidence, personality, camera presence, and potential as a Live Streaming Host.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline/database.
• Screen and qualify potential candidates based on predefined criteria.
• Follow up with potential talents and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Coordinate qualified candidates with the recruitment/interview team.
• Continuously discover new talent pools and unconventional sourcing channels.
