We at Coforge are hiring Senior Product Manager (#21824) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios

Own documentation and execution support for assigned product features and enhancements

Collaborate with Technology teams during agile ceremonies to ensure alignment between requirements and implementation

Support QA, UAT, integration, and release validation activities to ensure delivery quality and business alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

+8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Product Ownership

Experience in loyalty, rewards, payments, or financial services required

Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems (earn, redemption, offers, points, program rules)

Knowledge of payment processing, issuer systems, transaction flows, authorization, and settlement

Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Strong technical aptitude working with APIs, integrations, and system design

Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in loyalty and rewards platforms or issuer processing environments

Exposure to consumer engagement platforms or large-scale digital transformation programs
