Project Manger in IT

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage budgets, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions.
• Guarantee quality standards and compliance with company processes and methodologies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager 3 in IT
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in French & English OR Dutch & English.
