Location: Devon & Cornwall

Salary: Competitive package + bonus, depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are working with an established financial planning business looking to expand its adviser team across Devon and Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser to join a supportive business with an established client base, ongoing enquiries and ambitious growth plans.

The firm is particularly interested in advisers who can bring an existing client following, as well as those looking to take on and service an established client book as part of future acquisitions.

The Role

• Manage and develop client relationships, providing high-quality financial advice.
• Take responsibility for an existing client book, with opportunities to inherit additional clients as the business grows.
• Develop new business through referrals, existing enquiries and your own professional network.
• Support client transitions following future acquisitions.
• Deliver a high standard of ongoing client servicing and relationship management.

What We're Looking For

• An experienced Financial Adviser with relevant industry qualifications.
• Ideally, an adviser with an existing client following or transferable book of business.
• Open to advisers looking to acquire or service a retiring adviser's client book.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Candidates seeking either an employed or self-employed arrangement will be considered.
