Production Supervisor

-Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality management systems in the company. -responsible for the on-time and efficient delivery of quality products on a production floor. -professionals continuously monitor and improve production processes to ensure maximum output, cost efficiency and safe working conditions.

• job involves the training and management of a production team.

-plan work schedules, provide guidance for production team members and take disciplinary action when needed. -report on a team’s performance to a Production Manager and make recommendations regarding ways to improve employee efficiency and job satisfaction.

Qualifications: Gender Male/Female Age 18-40 years. Certified internal auditor for ISO9001, IATF 16949 is must Must have at least 3 years of wire harness manufacturing production line Strong communication skills to actively listen to stakeholders and clearly verbalise ideas and action plans Good time-management skills to minimise downtime and ensure a team works efficiently Familiarity with statistical analysis Bachelor Degree in related Engineer Field or Management Excellent organizational and time management skills.
