Job Scope Attend to enquiries Process order Prepare shipping / air documents Coordinate with operation team on delivery schedule Prepare billing to customers Arrange booking and custom clearance Declare permits Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement GCE O Level / Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service / airfreight experiences
