Senior Export Operation

role will maintain a position of leadership for the Ocean freight products.

This role will serve as a functional lead for strategic development within the overall transport market.

Direct and manage all operational services in the Unit.

Meet or exceed established business and profit growth targets; accountable for product P/L at the Unit level.

Maintain strategic relationships with appropriate carriers and negotiate contracts, including pricing and service standards.

Manage the vendor (Carrier) base to assure strategic compliance with pacer goals and objectives.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations involved.

Develop and implement new business with established and new customers in the market.

Develop and implement new product and service offerings to meet customer needs in conformity with goals and objectives.

Work with staff members to ensure individual and Unit KPIs are strictly met.

Oversee workload to ensure adequate resources are available to ensure that all requests are carried out to the pre-set service levels and company standard procedures (SOP), in a timely manner and in line with the clients' instructions.

Reporting to the top management any requested Unit operational statistics.
