Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

Source and onboard new loan customers. Assess loan applications and perform credit analysis. Conduct customer due diligence and verify supporting documentation. Monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and SME clients. Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare periodic loan performance reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline. MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage. 2–3 years of experience in lending, credit, or financial services. Experience with consumer and SME lending is an added advantage. Strong analytical, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
