Your tasks
Do you enjoy being part of new projects, driving process improvement and supporting fast-paced operations through periods of change?
A typical day may involve
- Managing operational data across warehouse management systems, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and available to key stakeholders
- Preparing reports, tracking performance metrics and producing information to support project and operational decision making
- Coordinating inbound and outbound activity, processing orders and ensuring all associated documentation is completed accurately
- Investigating system and process exceptions, working collaboratively with warehouse and customer teams to identify and resolve issues

This role would suit people who
- Have previous experience within warehouse, transport, logistics or supply chain administration and are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Enjoy supporting operational projects and can adapt quickly when priorities change
- Are confident using warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel and other administration tools to manage large volumes of information
- Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate work, even when working to tight deadlines
- Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and operational stakeholders at all levels
