Job purpose

As a Junior Paid Search (SEA) Consultant, you will help clients develop and grow their online businesses by setting up, managing, and optimising Paid Search campaigns. You will also act as a business partner, advising clients on marketing needs, challenging goals, assessing feasibility, and helping drive solutions.

Key responsibilities

Translate your clients' objectives into rock-solid Paid Search strategies:

• Set up, manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns
• Analyse results and spot optimization opportunities
• Implement latest features within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Setting up experiments to improve campaign performance
• Report and present results to clients
• Advise clients on their Paid Search campaigns and strategies
• Manage client relationships
• Keep up to date with the latest Paid Search developments and share knowledge internally and externally

What are we looking for

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree related to marketing and data
• 1 year of experience with SEA (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) and Google Analytics, preferably at a digital agency
• Analytical, flexible and can work independently
• Can present complex results in clear and understandable language
• Being directly available to start working in the Netherlands and our Amsterdam office
• Full working proficiency in the Dutch language
