Design Coordinator

Job Description Liaise and work closely with the civil construction team and follow the construction progress closely Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mockup, and materials as well as supervise work progress to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work. Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management To coordinate architectural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans and inspect construction sites Arrange and attend joint site inspections with all system wide and in-house contractors if required Job Requirements Proficient in project management and architectural trades Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment Preferably with Design & Build Building experience
