Based in Shrewsbury, our established supported living organisation provides high-quality, person-centred assistance to adults with learning disabilities and autism. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to lead an active, fulfilling life, exercising genuine choice and control over their daily routines. Working within welcoming residential settings across the town, our services provide a safe, stimulating environment where tenants can flourish.

The work of our support team forms the foundation of everything we achieve. Rather than simply caring for people, our focus is on enabling individuals to develop practical life skills, grow in self-confidence, and pursue personal ambitions. By building trusting, respectful relationships, you will empower people to overcome barriers, discover their strengths, and actively participate in their local community.

Shrewsbury offers an exceptional setting to live and work, combining rich heritage and riverside parkland with the stunning Shropshire countryside and a friendly, supportive community.
