Resident Engineer

Job Description:

Manage a team of site staff and at the same time, provide construction supervision services of the project to ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site

Ensure that the works are carried out by the contractors in accordance with the contract specifications of quantities, drawings and all other contract documents.

Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

Job Requirement:

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognized by PEB Singapore

Possess at least 8-10 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer

Registered as Resident Engineer accredited by IES/ACES

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports

Familiar with local codes & regulations

Good communication and interpersonal skills
