VStar Entertainment is owned and operated by Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group.   Position Summary   The Head of Sales & Marketing is an Executive responsible for driving ticket revenue, brand growth, and audience development across a portfolio of resident and touring theatrical productions. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this role leads Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management during a period of significant organizational expansion.     The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven, and creative leader with deep experience in Live Entertainment, strong commercial instincts, and a proven ability to scale Sales and Marketing functions in a fast‑growth environment across diverse production sizes and titles.    Key Responsibilities  Team Leadership & Organizational Scale  Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management for a Director of Sales, Director of Marketing, and Director of Revenue Management & Ticketing, ensuring cohesive strategy and alignment across teams and markets.
