Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and allocate daily duties.
• Monitor staff punctuality, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain discipline and enforce workplace rules.
• Monitor the quality of services provided to customers.
• Resolve routine operational issues and escalate major concerns.\
• Prepare daily activity and performance reports.
• Ensure the work environment remains organized and safe.
• Support management in achieving operational targets.
• Coordinate shift handovers where necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an OND in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage staff and delegate responsibilities.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Must be responsible, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
