VICE PRESIDENT OF BYD

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business strategies to expand BYD's electric vehicle and green energy business in Singapore. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments. Create annual and 5-year sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets. Lead sales activities across: Passenger electric vehicles and Commercial vehicles. Manage the department's profit and loss (P&L) performance. Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, government agencies, and enterprise customers. Lead tender submissions for EV and renewable energy projects. Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Recruit, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
