Paint Production Manager (Vehicle Division)

1. Develop, optimize, and maintain paint process parameters to ensure product quality and process stability.
2. Analyze paint defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
3. Support new model launch, process trials, and paint line commissioning.
4. Prepare and update process documents, SOPs, and work instructions.
5. Coordinate with production, quality, and equipment teams to resolve on-site issues.
6. Drive cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in automotive paint shop / coating process. Knowledge of pretreatment, E-coat, primer, basecoat, clearcoat processes. Familiar with paint defects analysis and improvement (e.g. dust, sagging, orange peel). Able to communicate in English; Chinese communication skills are a plus. Strong problem-solving and on-site coordination skills.
