Project Manager (Educational Facilities) | Orchard

Job Scope: Conduct feasibility studies for school development, review existing school designs and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for future educational facilities Evaluate consultants’ design proposals to fulfil operational requirements and fulfilment of maintainability needs Collaborate with development project and contracts teams to review project management processes Manage the procurement of construction services and administration of construction contracts Enhance partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality building projects and services Responsible, hardworking and efficient in carrying out the tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirement: Relevant training and background in the areas of architecture, building or engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience Good knowledge, understanding and expertise in the building industry and building regulations Strong collaborative, communication, interpersonal and project management skills Understand cost estimation, measurement and quantification of construction works, throughout the project lifecycle.
