Civil Fraud & Commercial Litigation Paralegal

A leading specialist disputes law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Civil Fraud and Commercial Litigation team on an initial 12-month contract. The successful Paralegal will provide dedicated legal and administrative support on complex litigation matters, gaining exposure to high-profile disputes and working closely with solicitors, clients and Counsel. The Paralegal's Role Supporting hearings and trials, including preparing bundles and agreeing indices Filing, organising and retrieving documents Arranging transcribers and supporting hearing logistics Drafting legal research memos Taking detailed notes during client, Counsel and third-party meetings Liaising with clients and external parties by email and telephone Providing general case and administrative support The Paralegal Minimum 1 year's previous paralegal experience within litigation Experience supporting large or complex litigation matters Law degree or GDL, with LPC or BPTC preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisation and attention to detail Proactive and able to manage challenging deadlines Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook In Return £26,000 - £30,000 salary 12-month contract Exposure to complex and high-profile disputes 25 days' annual leave Pension contributions Subsidised gym membership Supportive and collaborative working environment
