Sales Executive

Builder Woman Interior & Home Accessories is expanding its team and is looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Executives to join us. If you are passionate about sales, interior décor, home accessories, and creating great customer experiences, this could be your opportunity to grow with us.

POSITION: Sales Executive

LOCATION: East Legon, Accra

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable interior, décor, and home accessory products.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Stay informed about products, market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Represent the brand professionally and contribute to a positive customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of WASSCE/SSCE qualification or a first degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, retail, interior design, décor, or a related field is an advantage.
• A background or strong interest in Interior Design, Décor, Furniture, or Home Accessories will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Applicants residing in or around East Legon will have an added advantage.
