Recruitment Operations Team Leader

We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Team Leader to lead two key teams at WUZZUF (by BasharSoft):

Recruitment Consultants Team , responsible for internal hiring across WUZZUF and delivering recruitment services for our external clients. Customer Success Team , responsible for supporting clients throughout their online recruitment journey and ensuring they get the most value from our platform.

This role is responsible for leading both teams, driving operational excellence, building scalable processes, defining performance metrics, and ensuring outstanding customer, client, and candidate experiences.

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Customer Success, Recruitment Operations, HR Tech, Recruitment Agencies, or RPO. 2+ years of experience leading teams. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and customer success operations. Experience building processes, KPIs, and performance frameworks. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve performance. Experience using ATS, CRM, or Customer Success tools.
