Job Summary

Provide attentive dining service by welcoming customers, assisting with orders and food service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily restaurant operations to ensure an enjoyable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers promptly to deliver friendly and efficient dining service
• Assist customers with ordering food and serving skewers and other menu items accurately
• Respond to general customer requests to enhance their dining experience
• Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a tidy dining environment
• Support membership registration and service to manage customer accounts effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas to uphold hygiene standards
• Perform daily operational tasks as assigned by the restaurant supervisor to support smooth restaurant functioning

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in food and beverage service to contribute to efficient customer handling
• Ability to communicate clearly in English for daily work and customer interactions
• Positive working attitude and well-groomed appearance to represent the restaurant professionally
• Capability to work shifts and remain standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
