Microbiology Specialist

The Role The Microbiology Specialist will support microbiology laboratory operations by performing microbiological analysis of water, raw materials, finished products, IPC samples, and environmental monitoring in accordance with standard procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Perform Total Aerobic Microbial Count and Total Yeast & Mold Count testing.

Perform testing for specified microorganisms, including E. coli, S. typhi, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, Coliform, Clostridium, and Enterobacteriaceae .

Perform Growth Promotion Tests, culture maintenance, and preparation of standardized inoculum.

Characterize and identify microbial isolates.

Perform environmental monitoring of air and surfaces.

Conduct sampling of water and raw materials.

Operate microbiology laboratory instruments.

Prepare reports, COAs, and logbooks while maintaining data integrity in accordance with GDP.

Participate in qualification and calibration protocols for microbiology laboratory instruments.

Conduct trend analysis to evaluate results and maintain system compliance.

Ensure compliance with cGMP and GLP requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Science – Microbiology .

1–3 years of experience in QC Microbiology.

Good knowledge of QC, GLP, and GMP requirements.

Excellent spoken and written English .

Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferably residing in 10th of Ramadan City or nearby areas.
