Elephant, Breguet and many more.
The experiences range from influencer trips to pop up shops, event set ups, installations and lounge activations. The
company has offices in London, New York, Paris and Los Angeles, and presence in Dubai, Miami.
Our team of 50+ consists of designers, producers, coordinators and a finance and operations team.
Job Title: Midweight Designer

Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and experienced midweight designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a
key part in the conceptualisation and execution of visually stunning designs for luxury events and brand activations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for luxury aesthetics.
Concept development
Work with the creative team to develop innovative and engaging design concepts for luxury events and
brand activations.
Graphic design
Create high-quality visual assets, including mood boards, event graphics, digital content, presentations, and
print materials.
Brand & industry awareness
Ensure all design work aligns with the client's brand guidelines and the agency's high standards of luxury
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas and technologies into design
work.
Project management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project
deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project deadlines and deliverables, whilst maintaining clear and calm
communication of timelines.
Stakeholder management
Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and seamless execution of design elements
across all event components
Communicate effectively to manage expectations on deliverables and deadlines
Participate in client meetings, present design concepts, and incorporate client feedback into final designs

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
3-4 years of professional design experience, preferably within the luxury sector or a high-end
event/production environment
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., adobe creative suite - photoshop, illustrator)
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including event or experiential designs
Understanding of the logistical aspects of guest journeys in an event setting (desirable
Skills & attributes
Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills
Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs
Strong project management and organisational skills
Passion for luxury brands and high-end design
Creative thinker with a meticulous attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
