*NEW* 1 Year contract Project Manager - Banks

Job Duties: Lead end-to-end program planning across all Anchor workstreams, ensuring alignment of milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation; act as the primary escalation point for cross-functional issues and senior stakeholder management.

Own the regulatory engagement framework, oversee submission timelines, and chair governance forums, ensuring all decisions are documented, tracked, and actioned in line with policy and compliance requirements.

Drive operational resilience by embedding BAU controls within program delivery, proactively identifying risks, issues, and interdependencies, and maintaining program-level RAID logs with timely remediation plans.

Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in program or senior project management within the banking and financial services sector

Proven track record managing large, complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams

Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including coordinating product roadmaps and release cycles
