Overview: As our HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for roles primarily within Administration, Construction, Civil Engineering, and Architecture. You will not just fill vacancies; you will build careers and strengthen our organizational capabilities. Responsibilities:

Spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting compelling job descriptions to extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Proactively source and engage with passive and active candidates through various channels, including professional networks, online platforms, and industry events.

Conduct thorough interviews , assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with our values and project demands.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers across different departments, providing expert guidance and strategic insights on recruitment best practices and market trends.

Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline recruitment workflows.

Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to the unique demands of the engineering and construction industries.

Skills & Technologies:

You will leverage your expertise in Talent Acquisition , Recruitment , and Interviewing . Proficiency with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is key, alongside strong capabilities in Candidate Sourcing and Stakeholder Management . Experience in recruiting for Civil Engineering , Architecture , and Construction roles is highly valued.

Strong capabilities in Candidate Sourcing and utilizing various recruitment platforms.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .

Excellent Communication , Negotiation , and Stakeholder Management abilities.

Experience specifically recruiting for roles within Administration , Civil Engineering , Architecture , and Construction sectors is highly advantageous.

Experience Requirements:
