Key responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end management of cultural, artistic, and heritage-based projects, from concept development through execution and delivery.

Oversee curation, research, and creative direction for exhibitions, official gifts, awards, and special cultural initiatives aligned with UAE values and protocols.

Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders including artists, designers, historians, suppliers, and production teams to ensure high-quality, integrated outputs.

Manage project governance including master plans, timelines, budgets, reporting, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Supervise operations, procurement, logistics, installations, and archival documentation while ensuring compliance with financial and cultural standards.

Requirements:

10–13 years of experience in cultural project management, creative production, exhibitions, or heritage-focused initiatives.

Strong background in stakeholder coordination across creative, operational, and research functions.

Experience managing budgets, vendors, logistics, and end-to-end project execution.

Understanding of cultural protocols, heritage narratives, and presentation standards within the UAE or similar environments.

Proficiency in creative collaboration tools and ability to work closely with designers and multimedia teams.
