Finance Manager

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other key accounting transactions.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the company's financial stability.

Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and KPIs for executive management.

Lead and oversee the company's finance and accounting operations.

Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.

Provide timely financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Develop, monitor, and control the annual budget and financial forecasts.

Analyze financial performance and present recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Maintain and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures.

Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and fixed assets from a financial perspective.

Support business planning, financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, automate reporting, and enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with department heads to support business growth and achieve organizational goals.

Experience: 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, preferably within the trading sector, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo) and advanced MS Excel skills.

Professional Certifications: CMA or CPA (or progress toward certification) is a strong plus.
