What will you be doing at Agristo?

• You are responsible for setting up, starting up, operating and converting fully automated packaging lines.
• During the process, you monitor the good operation of the packaging lines, if necessary you critically question their operation and suggest improvements to your team leader.
• You solve malfunctions or pass on the correct information to our technical colleagues.
• You always have an eye for quality while performing your job and carry out the necessary checks for this.
• Fulfilling additional tasks in function of the department's needs (cardboard, cleaning, rework, forklift, foil, etc.).
• You are quality-conscious, have clear technical insight and a first experience with automated packaging lines is a plus.
• You have a first experience as an operator
• You have an affinity with food
• You have strong communication skills and a flexible attitude.
• You are an authentic team player and a champion of cooperation.
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system (5h-13h & 13h-21h)
